About who needs care:
Mom has moderate-stage memory loss.
She can walk, but needs hand-holding as her balance is not good.
She cannot use a walker or cane because of left-side neglect following a stroke.
She loves music of her era and used to be a quilter.
She has a great sense of humor.
She enjoys sitting outside on a nice day, going to the park, going on scenic drives, and chatting with people.
About the care needs:
Someone who has FUN with older people, likes to laugh and is friendly and funny.
They would need to work independently (to give my Dad respite) Services needed include:
companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
Salary:
$15 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
